Lean Ledger is a personal calorie and nutrition tracker that runs in your browser. By using it, you agree to these terms.
Not medical advice
Lean Ledger is an informational calculator. It is not a medical device, and nothing it shows you is medical, nutritional or professional advice.
The calorie, macronutrient and rate-of-change figures are estimates produced by published predictive formulas applied to the numbers you enter. They are not measurements of your body, and they can be wrong for you as an individual.
Talk to a qualified professional before starting any diet or weight-change programme — particularly if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, under 18, managing a medical condition such as diabetes or an eating disorder, or taking medication. Do not disregard professional advice, or delay seeking it, because of something this app showed you.
Using the app
- Lean Ledger is provided free of charge for your personal, non-commercial use.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter.
- Do not use the app in any way that is unlawful, or that interferes with anyone else's use of it.
Your data and backups
Your data is stored on your own device, as described in the Privacy Policy. That means you are responsible for your own backups: if you clear your browser's site data, uninstall the app, or lose the device, the data goes with it unless you exported a backup or have Google Drive sync turned on.
If you connect Google Drive, you are responsible for the security of that Google account.
Availability and changes
The app is provided as-is and may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued at any time without notice. No guarantee is made about availability, or that any particular feature or calculation will remain as it is today.
No warranty
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the app — including any health, dietary or training decision you make after using it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, and any dispute arising from them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
